Views don’t get much better than this.A HINTERLAND home with some of the best views on the Gold Coast has changed hands in a multimillion-dollar deal.The lavish Tallai property, which has sweeping views of the coastline from Stradbroke Island to Tweed Heads, was snapped up for $4.2 million.Ray White Broadbeach duo Sam Guo and Julia Kuo marketed the property.Mr Guo said the local buyer had been eyeing off the house for a while. It’s like a day spa in this bathroom.The jaw-dropping vistas attracted the couple to the 3ha block of land on The Panorama.“That’s why we ended up there, because of the views, and it’s very secluded, peaceful and safe,” Mr Mesiano said in November.Among its standout features are a tennis court, gym, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool, two spas, a terrace with built-in barbecue, games room, wet bar and wine cellar.
